Our transcriptionists are issued unique usernames and passwords providing efficient trail auditing and accountability. Transmission of all voice files and text files are done in an encrypted and password-protected manner as strictly mandated by HIPAA.

Our offices have security doors protected by lock codes which are regularly replaced so as to ensure that only updated personnel has access to the office. We also make our Transcriptionist sign confidentiality agreements.
